Anthony Crimaldi
What is in My Bag
bio Profile
His love of photography started in grade-school with a 110 cartridge film instamatic camera. That grew to a 35mm SLR in Junior High, and then many hours of developing 35mm, medium format, and large format film & prints in the High School darkroom. Now wielding a full-frame digital camera, Anthony is still at it, shooting mostly personal projects.
As Director of Technology for Kalman & Pabst, Anthony is focused on securing a solid technology infrastructure, increasing efficiencies & innovation in processes and business opportunities, while navigating the ever-evolving tech landscape.
Anthony spent the first 18 years of his career in the music industry rising through various marketing and promotion roles with Sony Music Entertainment. A pivotal point in his career came in 2009 when he helped start up an app development and digital publishing firm. "I learned more about business and quick adjustments in two years at that startup, than I did in 18 years in the music industry." Anthony then spent five years building a mobile development department and center of excellence at Cleveland Clinic. Most recently, he spent five years at a custom software development firm where he built technology partnerships, managed large accounts, and developed marketing strategy for clients. Anthony has spoken at technology conferences across the country from Boston to Google's headquarters in Mountain View, CA.
