A Project Manager Who Can Do It All

The Client GOJO Industries

The Project GOJO’s objective for this project was to create a core set of assets designed to introduce new technology with simple, consumer-friendly communication identifying exactly what makes the PURELL PRIME DEFENSE Advanced Hand Sanitizer unique.

The Challenge Multiple sets (on location and in-studio), a range of talent, and a large crew were all necessary for the success of this job. Plus, the added detail of simultaneously hosting client partner, "Favorite Brother," to produce a TV shoot while shooting stills on another set. All of this was done while properly following CDC guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all involved during a pandemic. The KP project managers really stepped up to get the job done!

The SolutionProject management was the key to this particular project's success. Our project managers developed a creative solution to gain a volume of still and motion assets in a condensed timeframe while keeping the on-set environments safe and efficient for everyone involved. We maintained two distinct set environments, used real talent family groups where possible, and staggered shooting times and team lunches to reduce the amount of people on sets or commons spaces at one time. Additional KP services such as location scouting, set construction/spacial transformation, and talent management were all utilized as well. Our project managers’ hyper-focus on even the smallest of details created a strong foundation for this entire project to be a success.
