About Clarissa’s Collection:
Clarissa’s work in this year's show includes pieces created using underwater photography, in-camera double exposures, and multiple exposure composites with an emphasis on bold graphics.
Food was also a big inspiration in Clarissa’s work. Many food-based pieces that were taken in international markets. Her herb series was inspired by collaboration with other Cleveland artists for a recent Heights Arts project.
This was Clarissa’s first time exploring double-exposures created in-camera, as all the double-exposures she had previously done were created in post production.
